I would just like to comment that I appreciated the no nonsense approach to customer service I received when 1 of the 2 chargers I bought failed after a couple of months and they offered to send a no charge replacement to me. Aside from terrific value and good design I have to say that the thing that I liked most about this wall charger was the length of the cord as its almost twice as long as the original from Apple. Very pleased.
